The Bavaria Pavilion is a joint booth that offers different Bavarian companies, all settled down in the south of Germany, to present themselves on the fair. The exhibitors are showcasting different mechanical engineering and manufacturing tools and devices. The focus of the participation at Intermach show of the German exhibitors is meeting partners and suppliers as well as creating business contacts and relations to enter and/or expand in the Brazilian Market.

Bayern International GmbH – The Bavarian Bureau for International Business Relations offers a trade fair participation programme of the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs for Bavarian SMEs that provides the opportunity to present themselves within the Bavarian joint booth. The participation is partially funded by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs.

The organization is taken care of the team of Bayern International GmbH in cooperation with economic institutions such as the Bavarian Bureau of Chambers of Commerce and associations. The VDMA Bavaria, the German Mechanical and Engineering Plant Industry Association in Bavaria provides a network that includes over 450 member companies in mechanical engineering and will accompany the stand (182) at the Intermach show.

The Bavarian Trade Fair Participation Program is an important export promotion instrument. It facilitates the tapping of new markets abroad. Surveys show that 10% of our exhibitors are participating for the first time in a trade fair abroad. 80 % of our exhibitors would not have participated at the fair without the trade fair participation program.
