The debut of Cortesa at Intermach will highlight the exhibition of its circular sawing machines for cutting metal profiles and polymers. Circular saws are intended for specific applications such as serial cuts of short pieces, for double cutting in 45 degrees, among other specifications. The products mainly meet the needs of the furniture industry and frames.
In addition to its own manufacturing of machines and equipment, Cortesa maintains a partnership with renowned international manufacturers in the segment. Since 2016, it has a commercial agreement with FOM, the Italian manufacturer of CNC machines for the manufacture of aluminum frames. The German Company Urban, world leader in the manufacture of PVC frame machines, Thorwesten, Elgo Electric, Wemaro and Zopf are other partner brands.
The line and equipment that Cortesa provides to the metalworking industry covers calenders for pipes and profiles, machining centers, pipe bending machines, accessory equipment for the framework industry, sawing equipment accessories, manual cutting tools and supplies, pneumatic tools, copying milling machines, top milling machines, double drilling machines, electronic position indicators, specific machines for PVC frames, circular saws for ferrous and non-ferrous, and band saws.
Equipped with modern machines, including CNC machines, Cortesa provides tool maintenance to its customers such as sharpening and resharpening of fast steel circular saws, sharpening and reworking of widia circular saws, sharpening and segment replacement on segmented circular saws, knife sharpening for guillotines of up to 2.3 m, sharpening of helical drills up to 60 mm and sharpening of cutters.
