Action Technology launches Industrial and Collaborative Robots

With 25 years of experience in industrial automation and electric motors, Action Technology launches industrial and collaborative robots (Cobots) at Intermach. With a broad portfolio, cutting-edge solutions and a commitment to technical excellence, the company highlights solutions that unite technology, sustainability and productivity to transform the Brazilian industry.

Industrial and collaborative robots bring cutting-edge technology to applications such as material handling, welding automation, and palletizing, with significant gains in productivity as they operate continuously and efficiently, with high speed and precision. The solutions guarantee quality and uniformity, ideal for the standardization of processes, with a reduction in errors and rework.

The use of collaborative and industrial robots has a direct impact on the reduction of operating costs, as a result of the reduction in setup time and less dependence on labor for repetitive tasks. Energy efficiency is another advantage, as they operate with motors optimized for low consumption and with reduced environmental impact. Completing the differentials is the operational simplicity made possible by  intuitive self-learning technology  , which allows robots to be taught tasks without the need for complex programming.

The line has three categories: Industrial Robots with 4 to 6 axes, for a load of 6 to 280 kg and a reach of 930 to 2650 mm. The 4-axis SCARA Robots, for a load of 4 to 25 kg and a reach of 300 to 1000 mm. And the 6-axle Cobots, for a load from 3 to 30 kg and a reach from 618 to 2000 mm.

The self-learning technology embedded in collaborative robots allows operators to teach new tasks through direct interaction, without complex programming, reducing costs and speeding up deployment. This flexibility and operational intelligence make robots a true competitive differentiator.

COLLABORATIVE AND INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS AND OTHER AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

In addition to the launch of the complete line of industrial and collaborative robots, designed to elevate the production processes of customers from the most diverse sectors, Action Technology presents its wide range of technological solutions for automation. High-performance servo motors and servo drivers with communication via ModBus, CANopen and EtherCAT provide precise and dynamic motion control. Planetary gearboxes with a clearance of less than three arcmin are ideal for applications that require maximum precision.

Stepper motors and drivers with advanced digital control are used in high-reliability applications. PLCs with up to 256 I/Os provide robust connectivity to supervisory systems, IT networks, and IoT platforms. The human-machine interfaces (HMIs) come with 4″ to 15″ touchscreens and native integration with smart devices. The frequency inverters from 0.25 kW to 400 kW are equipped with IP66 protection and advanced vector control.

Action Technology’s industrial and collaborative robots and other automation solutions are applicable in various industrial sectors, such as machinery and equipment, medicine, dentistry, food, automotive and renewable energy. In addition to the quality of products and state-of-the-art technology, the company differentiates itself by its commitment to sustainability, specialized technical support and customized solutions.

The use of industrial and collaborative robots contributes significantly to leaner, more efficient and sustainable manufacturing. With the use of compact motors and efficient systems, there is a reduction in energy consumption. The precision of tasks reduces failures and waste, the flexibility for new functions extends the useful life of the equipment and the fact that they take on repetitive or unhealthy tasks, minimizes risks and reduces the need for environments with high energy demand.
