Among the highlights are the Electropermanent Plates and Magnetic Vises, which provide greater safety, precision and productivity to the processes of fixing parts on CNC machines.
Oximag’s Electropermanent Plates are innovative equipment designed for fixing ferro-metallic parts and devices during machining processes. Custom-made, they eliminate the need for conventional clips or clips, optimizing machine setup time and improving productivity.
The use of this magnetic solution has a series of advantages such as high performance by providing secure and uniform fixation, energy efficiency by eliminating the use of electrical energy during operation, reducing electricity consumption and contributing to sustainability. Safety is another important factor, because in the event of a power outage, the fixation remains active, avoiding the risk of the part moving. The highlight is the Zero Point Clamping Stations, which provide fast and precise clamping, significantly reducing CNC machine setup time and increasing productivity.
