OBR shows liner guide advantage, including hard chrome, corrosion-resistant, and vibration insulators, efficient in different surface
Specialized in damping and motion industrial automation equipment, OBR discloses in Intermach linear guide solutions with hard chrome and vibration insulators, SLAB model. Hard chrome linear guide motion systems are indicated to aggressive environments, due to good corrosion and wear resistance features, as they are up to five times more resistant, compared to the same guide without this treatment. As it has high mechanic hardness, this guide type enables cost reduction, as it extends the product lifetime.
ACE/OBR SLAB model vibration insulators are indicated as ideal solution to decrease vibration in several surfaces. The product relies on a patented formula and it is manufactured with elastic materials in PUR (elastomer and polyurethane), universally applicable and with high technology. It is an efficient solution to several applications, where the vibration oscillations is damaging and it has to be eliminated from the surface. Another advantage is ozone and UV radiation resistance, as it can also be adapted to chemical resistance, whenever required. The plates are 12.5 mm and 25 mm thick, with cut flexibility in different shapes and they can be combined with every damping type, enabling cost reduction as the reject rates are decreased, providing longer machine lifetime, manufacturing precision and product quality improvement.
About the OBR
Established in 1998, in São Paulo, OBR Equipamentos Industriais operates in industrial automation market, with ongoing focus in process improvement and quality product and service development to customer all over Brazil. Since 2001, it has a unit in Joinville, installed to meet Southern Brazil market needs, in an industrial pole with steady growth and company high performance. As the business volume was expanded in Santa Catarina, three years after its arrival, it built a modern distribution center to enable region customer quality service.
