Unprecedented technology saves energy, reduces cycle time and brings intelligence to industrial operation. Alltech Group brings innovations to Intermach 2025, in Joinville.

The Alltech Group, a company from Joinville, will present during INTERMACH 2025, from July 15 to 18, the world’s first CNC machine equipped with native artificial intelligence (AI). The unprecedented technology allows the machine to learn, predict failures and make autonomous decisions in real time, without depending on a connection to the cloud. The innovation promises to transform industrial operations, delivering significant gains in productivity, energy efficiency and cost reduction.

“Our machine offers energy savings of up to 30% compared to conventional machines. In addition, it reduces the production cycle time by an average of 25% and reduces the rate of scrap and waste, thanks to the continuous learning of embedded AI”, highlights Jean Cardoso, CEO of the Alltech Group. “We are very proud to present this unprecedented technology at the main fair of the metalworking industry.”

HI-TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS

At booth B23 at the fair, Alltech will also show that it is possible to transform the entire industrial operation — from cutting to packaging — in one place, integrating machines, data and results. Among the solutions exposed are:

  1. Intelligent Automation, for more agile and accurate processes;
  2. Cutting and Forming, with superior performance and quality that impacts the business;
  3. Advanced Machining, with connected CNC machines, faster and smarter;
  4. Injection of plastics and aluminum, combining productivity and cost control;
  5. Digital Twin, IoT and Packaging, integrating data, preventing failures and increasing profitability.

For companies that want to invest in technology without compromising cash flow, Alltech will also present the Rentall modality, which allows you to purchase high-tech equipment in up to 48 installments, without bureaucracy.

During the fair, visitors will be able to check out machines in operation, real data, collaborative robots and talk directly with Alltech experts to understand how the industry can reach a new level of high performance.
