The assembly of the largest metalworking industry fair ever held in Santa Catarina begins this Wednesday

From July 15 to 18, Intermach brings together more than a thousand exhibiting brands and gains another pavilion for exhibition
Intermach 2025 – Technology Fair and Congress for the Metalworking Industry, will be held from July 15 to 18, 2025, in Joinville-SC, with a significant increase of 30% in the exhibition area. The 2025 edition is the largest metalworking industry fair ever held in the State of Santa Catarina, including the opening of a new exhibition pavilion structured for the event, which adds 4 thousand m², out of a total of 26,600 m² of floor area.
Consolidated as the main event in the southern region of Brazil and one of the main in the metalworking industry in Latin America, the fair concentrates 250 booths and more than a thousand exhibiting brands. The booths are occupied by Brazilian industries and local brands that represent international manufacturers of machinery, equipment, services and technological solutions. The assembly of the fair begins this Wednesday (9) in the pavilions of Expoville and involves about a thousand professionals, in the six days of work that precede the start of the event.
For Richard Spirandelli, director of the organizer Messe Brasil, the event contributes to the renewal of Brazil’s industrial parks, especially in the South region. “Traditionally, Intermach concentrates the latest innovations and technologies in the sector, providing a comprehensive view of the trends and advances that shape the future of the industry”, he comments.
The 15th edition of Intermach will have several attractions and activities, including workshops, seminars, lectures, adding up to more than 40 hours of knowledge, on the latest trends in the industry. In addition, there will be business rounds to promote partnerships and negotiations, in addition to demonstrations of innovative machinery and equipment. These activities create an ideal platform for the exchange of knowledge and the creation of new business opportunities, benefiting exhibitors and visitors.
In the four days of the event, more than 25 thousand visitors are expected, including businessmen, engineers, technicians and students. “The expected economic and industrial impact of Intermach 2025 is significant, with clear benefits for the local and regional market. The fair fosters economic development and enables technological advancement, boosting the competitiveness of local industries”, highlights Spirandelli.
