PMMP DIFFERENTIALS

Prototyping at Fastparts using the PMMP method focuses on validating form, ergonomics and assembly, creating visual and functional parts that faithfully simulate the final product. Using SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) 3D printing from the German brand EOS, Fastparts produces technical and functional parts in Polyamide (PA12) within the PMMP concept. This solution is ideal for complex or low-scale projects, as it allows for agility, waste reduction and excellent technical finish. In many cases, it even eliminates the need for molds, which significantly speeds up the validation and launch cycles for new products.

If the customer’s need is to test on a small scale or move on to production in larger volumes, Fastparts offers cost-effective moulds, developed in an agile manner and with specialized engineering. The molds are designed to speed up the technical validation of the project and guarantee repeatability and precision in the injection of the parts.

The final stage of the PMMP involves the injection of plastic parts in engineering polymers, with the capacity to meet low and medium-scale demands.
