Selltis exhibits high-performance equipment for precision machining and process automation

At Intermach, Selltis is presenting its portfolio of high-performance equipment for precision machining, EDM, turning and process automation, meeting the demands of small tool shops to large factories. The solutions are aimed at increasing the efficiency and profitability of operations.

Five pieces of high-performance equipment, each designed to meet a specific production requirement, will be exhibited at the fair. YCM’s NXV1270A Vertical Machining Center provides high rigidity, stability and a high-speed spindle, and is suitable for heavy machining and complex parts that require dimensional tolerance. It’s the perfect combination for companies looking for efficiency, speed and surface finish.

YCM’s GT250B CNC lathe features a reinforced structure, servo-indexed turret and high-torque spindle with high chip removal capacity. It meets the requirements of serial production which demands speed, stability and efficiency, and is also a robust solution for machining special parts.

For process automation, Tezmaksan’s Cubebox Blues DR3P is the standout option. It covers the automatic supply of parts, removing the operator from repetitive tasks, as well as increasing the efficiency and stability of the process. It stands out for its cost-effectiveness and simplicity of integration and is designed for lathes and machining centers.

Also in the high-performance portfolio, Excetek’s V400G Plus Wire EDM provides precise, highly stable cutting in the production of molds and dies and technical parts, where finishing and accuracy are critical processes. The equipment provides the operator with a precise result, especially when working with hard materials.

Excetek’s KD500ZL model is an economical alternative for certain types of cutting, being compact, low-cost and easy to operate. It fits in with Selltis’ commitment to serving medium-sized companies and those looking for a cost-effective solution for specific processes.

SUSTAINABILITY COMBINED WITH MACHINING PROCESSES

Selltis is presenting the Green & Smart series at Intermach, a set of equipment designed to treat and filter the tanks of machining centers and CNC lathes. With this equipment, the cutting fluid has a longer useful life due to its ability to remove particles, abrasive particles and pollutants. This process avoids constant replacement of the fluid, increasing the efficiency of its use, reducing disposal costs and, above all, contributing to the preservation of the environment.

Sustainability also features prominently in the operation of Excetek and YCM machines, which are designed to consume less energy, optimized to minimize losses and work in shorter cycles, while meeting the same production needs. The industries’ partnership with Selltis provides a combination of production efficiency, increased speed, stability and sustainability.
