SIMCO presents a robust portfolio of high-performance equipment

SIMCO Máquinas, a national reference in the distribution of machine tools, thermoplastic injection molding machines and industrial automation systems, will be taking part in the event with a robust portfolio of equipment aimed at high technology, productivity and precision.

At the company’s stand (B39), there will be five pieces of equipment that stand out in the metalworking and plastics processing sectors:

– Feeler VMX1300 Vertical Machining Center

– Euron/Z-mat F650 Vertical Machining Center

– Feeler FTC350LMC CNC Turning Center

– Pinnacle PK-FV3I Tool Milling Machine

– LOG170-S9 Thermoplastic injection molding machine, integrated with the

– ETII 950 Techmation Cartesian Robot

Operating in various industrial segments – such as metalworking, precision machining, automotive, molds and dies and plastics – SIMCO reaffirms its commitment to Industry 4.0 and sustainability. The solutions offered feature intelligent production monitoring resources, optimized human-machine interfaces (HMI) and technologies that promote a significant reduction in energy and lubricant oil consumption.

EQUIPMENT HIGHLIGHTS

The Feeler VMX1300 is ideal for demanding operations and machining large parts, such as molds and structural components. Its robust cast iron structure, combined with highly rigid linear guides, guarantees stability in heavy cuts. The equipment also has high-torque motors and a tool cooling system, providing faster cycles and greater component durability.

The Euron/Z-mat F650 is suitable equipment for tool shops and industries that need precision when machining smaller parts. Compact and versatile, the model combines low energy consumption with excellent cost-benefit, standing out for its repeatability and agility.

The Feeler FTC350LMC equipment offers multitasking capability, allowing turning, milling and drilling in a single clamping, thanks to its motorized turret and Y-axis. This is essential for industries that produce complex parts in large volumes, such as automotive, hydraulic and pneumatic components.

The Pinnacle PK-FV3I milling machine is designed for high-precision manual and semi-automatic machining, and is widely used for fine adjustments, the production of molds and special tooling, with smooth movements, a sturdy spindle and easy adjustment.

Finally, the LOG170-S9 injection molding machine, integrated with Techmation’s ETII 950 Cartesian robot, makes up a complete injection molding and automation system. The solution provides shorter cycles, high dimensional accuracy and reduced energy consumption, favoring industries seeking quality standardization, productivity and less human intervention.
