TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK launches Automation Innovations

TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK confirms its participation at Intermach, bringing a series of launches that redefine efficiency, safety and automation in industrial processes. Among the novelties are the TOX® Edrive Core electric actuator, an intelligent servo press designed for a wide range of applications, the TOX® Battery Tong manual pliers for rivetless sheet metal joining and the TOX® FlexPress Compact manual workstation, which guarantees continuous process monitoring.

Visitors to the fair will be able to take a closer look at TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK’s solutions, which combine high technology and sustainability for various industrial sectors. The TOX® MBT-C Battery-Powered Manual Pliers enable the cold joining of sheet metal without the need for additional elements. Lightweight and easy to operate, its adjustable force of between 10kN and 50kN can be regulated simply with automation via mobile app and Bluetooth interface for greater convenience and total control of the process.

Another automation innovation, the TOX® FlexPress Compact is a compact and highly versatile manual workstation. This technology allows the application of various TOX® technologies, with complete monitoring and traceability of 100% of the pressing processes. Its flexible design enables automatic setup for different part models, quick tool changes and simplified adjustments via intuitive software.

NEWS FOR INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION

The TOX® Edrive Core servo press is another industrial automation innovation from the company and has been developed to meet the demands of Industry 4.0. It is an advanced servo press with a pre-configured and calibrated system for rapid integration. It offers real-time monitoring, automatic setup for various part models and quality control technology through monitoring windows, guaranteeing maximum precision and efficiency.

Professionals in the metalworking industry looking for efficient and sustainable solutions for joining and forming sheet metal will find TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK a strategic partner. In addition to the launches, the stand will feature interactive demonstrations of press and industrial automation solutions. There will also be test benches, allowing visitors to experience the clinching process in practice and take samples, as well as video presentations on TOX®’s special machines and customized production lines.

TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION IN THE SPOTLIGHT

Another featured automation technology is the TOX® Hydropneumatic Cylinders, which combine the speed of pneumatic systems with the power of hydraulic ones, generating up to 200 tons of pressing force. These actuators replace hydraulic presses in applications such as pressing, assembling, stamping holes, clinching and inserting components.

Clinching technology stands out as an advanced solution for the cold mechanical joining of sheet metal, replacing spot welding and rivets. Among its advantages are sustainability, as it is a gas and spark emission-free process, energy efficiency, with consumption reduced by up to 90% compared to spot welding, as well as cost savings by eliminating the need for additional inputs. Clinching also guarantees strict process control and production repeatability.

The EDrive TOX® Servo Press has technology capable of pressing up to 100 tons. With easy integration into industrial systems, intuitive software for simplified configurations and real-time monitoring, this technology offers high flexibility for different industrial applications. In addition, TOX® PRESSOTECHNIK presents its industrial automation solutions for processes such as clinching, assembly and insertion of functional elements, crimping, pressing, hole stamping and forming. These technologies are widely applied in the white goods, automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors, ensuring greater productivity and reduced operating costs.
