Yaskawa Motoman brings high-performance collaborative robots to Intermach
Yaskawa Motoman, a global leader in industrial automation, will be present at Intermach with a selection of collaborative and industrial robot solutions designed to increase productivity, safety and efficiency in various industrial sectors. Among the highlights are the HC20DTP and HC10DTP collaborative robots, the SCARA SG650 and GP8 industrial robots and the welding cell with the AR2010 robot and the Motopos positioner.
The HC20DTP is a six-axis collaborative robot designed to work alongside operators in tasks such as assembly, pick and place and material handling. With a load capacity of 20 kg and a robust design, the HC20DTP guarantees safe and efficient operation, reducing cycle times and optimizing industrial processes.
The HC10DTP is a collaborative robot with a payload of 10 kg, ideal for welding lines. Easy to program and intuitive to operate, the HC10DTP combines the robustness of an industrial robot with the flexibility of human collaboration.
INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS
The SCARA SG650, designed for high speed, is ideal for processes that require short cycles and high repetition, such as product assembly and sorting. With four axes and advanced precision, the SG650 ensures maximum productivity in multi-process systems that require high picking and placing capacity. In partnership with Bicafé, Yaskawa Motoman is presenting an innovative system: the barista robot, which will serve coffee to visitors to the fair.
The GP8, a six-axis industrial robot with a load capacity of up to 8 kg and a reach of 927 mm, stands out for its speed, precision and aerodynamic design. Ideal for assembly, handling CNC machine tools and packaging, the GP8 is an efficient solution that takes up little space in the installation. Yaskawa Motoman is also presenting the welding cell equipped with the AR2010 robot and the Motopos positioner.
The AR2010, developed for arc welding in various industrial applications, such as the automotive, agricultural, yellow line and metalworking industries, offers a payload of 12 kg, a horizontal range of 2010 mm and repeatability of 0.03 mm, guaranteeing high quality and precise welding.
Serving various industrial segments, including automotive, auto parts, white goods, electronics, construction, food, pharmaceuticals and agribusiness, metal mechanics, the company also offers specialized technical support and customized solutions, ensuring production continuity and increasing the operational efficiency of industries.
